Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and the size/weight of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout where offered)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Pure Nature is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pure Nature is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at theonlypurenature@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
